As we enter our Fourth Season, we’re learning the ropes a little better and benefiting from the experience and knowledge of more established organizations. It has been a real adventure launching this concert series by guesswork, since none of our volunteers had experience running a concert series.
You probably know that ticket sales provide only a small portion of the financial resources needed to present the artists and outreach programs of Music at Bunker Hill. Consequently, we rely on the generosity of foundations, advertisers and the donations of our patrons.
Yes, this is where we ask that you consider the true value of the experience we bring to you …an orchestra seat a few feet away from master musicians performing the works of great composers. For the price you would pay for one performance in Philadelphia, you can attend our entire five-concert series. And the convenient location is an added value.
We are asking now that you join us in our new ‘C-Note Campaign’ by sending a gift of $100 to support this cultural treasure. Every C-Note Donor will have a 1 in 10 chance of winning great prizes, such as a subscription to Season Five of MaBH, $75 jewelry gift certificate, hair styling, flower arrangements, or dinner for two. Of course, the true prize is your involvement in perpetuating an experience you love so close to home.
